Stop telling me what I need and don't need

I don't need more scars on my arm, so stop pushing me into doing them. I don't need you to tell me you're sorry, cause that won't help.
What I need is for you to understand.
You don't know how it is living like I do,cause you have never felt my pain.
You have never lookt at me on the inside and seen the real me, so don't go telling me what I need and don't need.
You don't know me and you don't want to get to know me, so just leave me alone.......
