Diminishing Heart

by FlowerThatDied   Nov 22, 2005

Let all the hurt inside of her die,
Before the tears fall from her eyes,
Let her suffering end,
Before the Devil from Hell shes forced to have sent.

Let her move on and forget,
Do not drench her in your tears and sweat,
For both those things will soon dry,
It feels like shes clenching onto a string until she falls and dies.

Let all the control in her fade,
Before her body in a coffin is laid,
Let all her secret knowing finish,
Before her will to go on does diminish.

Let her stop the moaning torment,
That wasn't of any intent,
For her mistakes severely she will pay,
Though she tries to warn you she'll never be OK.

Let her be free and potent,
Before she no longer is advertent,
Let her be dominant just one last time,
Before she sees nothing as sublime.

Let her be once more unique,
Because her prospects are so bleak,
Let me tell you a little thing,
It is me clenching onto this very thin string.
