Almost Gone

Where is the man I used to know?
The one that used to care,
The one that when I needed him he was always there.
He stood by my side through it all.
Helped me hold it together,
When I thought I would fall.
I was falling for him,
everything was fine.
I always held him close,
and knew that he was mine.
But then something happened,
I saw him less and less.
There just wasn't time,
We both got busy I guess.
I miss my babyboy,
Now that he is gone.
We’re still technically together,
But I think he has already moved on.
