The Window

by Kayla   Nov 23, 2005

The window fogs up,
She stares outside.
The rain is pouring.
Her sadness she hides.

The thunder roars,
She lets out a scream.
She cuts her wrists.
The blood will stream.

The windowsill stained.
Red and clear.
Her stories and secrets.
She holds so dear.

She watches the rain.
Just trickle down.
Wishing just wishing,
That in it, she'd drown.

Restless of anger,
Sadness and pain.
The blade hits her wrist.
For the blood to just drain

When she is done.
She leaves the mess there.
Soon she'll return.
Out the window she'll stare.
