When I died

by Jimmy Silviotti   Nov 23, 2005

I loved you with all my heart.
Now it's over and it's torn apart.
A dream that faded, hope had died.
We walked away and never tried.
How could something so beautiful, come to an end?
You're not my companion, not even my friend.
A bitter sweet love, has gone so sour.
My love has gone numb, my hope will devour.
A future for us, has gone away.
I can't at sleep at night, I'll cry all day.
This is a nightmare, that came alive.
For our love, we did not strive.
We walked away from a fighting chance.
A love, a relationship, a great romance.
We gave our all, it just wasn't enough.
We pushed and push, but it was too tough.
I'll never know your taste again.
I'll always miss you my friend.
No more kissing, no more smile.
I'll see you again, but not for a while.
Way away is where I'm going.
My love and emotions will never be showing.
The wall's now up, and it's not coming down.
I'll fake a smile and never frown.
I'll slowly wilter, but no one can see.
That's because it all happens inside of me.
I'm breaking down, I cannot bare.
I love you, but you do not care.
You left without even saying goodbye.
That's the day when I began to die.
