I don't know how you did it
but you've found a place in my heart
the emptiness that I felt inside
well, I didn't think anyone could fill that part.

I was reluctant to give myself to you
because of things done to me in the past
I never thought I could care again
but you've filled my void pretty fast.

You consume my thoughts every minute
all I seem to think about is you
and although I feel this way already
I wonder if you feel it too.

I keep my thoughts wrapped up inside me
for fear that I might be rejected
I've always fallen hard and fast
but this time I don't want my emotions neglected.

I can tell you're not like the others
but, of course I've said this before.
because when I talk you listen,
you seem to be interested in knowing more.

So for now I'll just tell this paper
what my heart wants so bad to say
I think I've fallen in love with you
