Worth ur life

Is harming your self worth more then your life.
Is showing off your scares worth more then your life.
Is bragging about how deep you went yesterday worth more then your life.

Harming yourself doesn't get you anything.
Doesn't get you welt, doesn't get you fame.
All it gets you is bleeding, scares and death.

Bragging is no good.
One wrong move and you wont be bragging about how deep you went.
Your be lying in a morgue.

What do those scares prove?
Nothing.
Do you get paid for cutting?
No.
So why do it.?
Is it really worth your life.

    That's a powerful view to hear and read especially since I am a cutter. It means a lot to me to hear that, and yes I know it seems pointless to most, except for us who hide the scares, who are not pride, but so addicted all the same. Sometimes cutting is all people can do to keep from dying, but it is not good all the same, I know. TI was a good poem, thankyou.
