Everyone says shes got it all,
Everyone says she's a perfect little doll.
They say she's got a perfect little life,
Well no one has seen her perfect little knife.

Everyone says she's got a perfect little face,
How she got her perfect little body is a tragic disgrace.
They say she's happy and never blue,
Am I sending the same picture to you?
Well no one sees her when she's home alone,
Slitting her flesh down to the bone.

Everyone says she has perfect little brains,
Well has anyone seen her imperfect little pains?
Her screaming parents and betraying friends,
How long she waits and waits while her heart mends.

So if you're looking for perfect look somewhere else,
Because she isn't at all, she doesn't come close.
Trust me when I say she's in pieces,
Yet no one knows.
