You "Thought"

You thought you knew my moods,
My laugh, and my cry,
My fear, and my humor,
My agitation, and my sadness.
You assumed you knew everything,
Everything about me,
Everything I do,
What I know,
Where I go.
You misinterpreted my words,
My actions,
My body language,
My tone.
Everything you knew,
Or You thought you knew,
Was wrong,
Was incorrect,
Was false,
Was completely erroneous,
You thought you knew,
But your ignorance only grew.

    A really meaningful write . Some people sometimes think they really know us ...or everything about us .. but in reality they don't ..

    Sometimes I wonder if I really know myself , for I still learn new things each day about myself .

    That's really good. There are so many people I would love to tell that to, like my parents for instance. They don't know me. Good poem man, I enjoyed that.
