The cuts upon her wrist

by You-Destroyed-Me   Nov 25, 2005

She cuts scars upon her wrist she cuts them so deep,
she feels the blood start to seep,
out of her wrist and out onto the floor,
What a poor broken W.h.o.r.e.

She doesn't cry though it hurts like hell,
its the same old story, doesn't it ring a bell?

A girl so broken she chooses to cut,
a girl so sad she just wants her eyes to stay eternally shut.

when her mother asks her about the marks upon her arm,
she doesn't say a word she doesn't wanna tell her mom its self-harm.

Cause she knows her mom will throw a fit,
and just make her feel like a piece of s.h.i.t.

So she pulls her arm away and says I don't know what your talking about its just a scratch,
its nothing really it just needs a little patch.

her mom is so naive and believes ever word,
I guess "cutting" is something shes never heard.

but later that night she picks up her blade and slices away,
hoping she won't have to go threw another day.

well for once she got her wish and cut to far into her wrist,
she wrote a note that said " mom please don't be pissed,
I've taken enough,
my life's just to tough.
I took my blade and watched the world disappear,
please mom don't shed a tear.
Theres nothing you could have done I wasn't the little girl you could save,
actually i was surprised you didn't notice form the way i behaved.
tell dad I love him to and not to cry,
cause for to long I've wanted to die"
