Through the darkness - Part Two

by Flying Phoenix   Nov 25, 2005

The break of day
Enlightens a strange sight
The howling wind has dropped
And screams diminish
In the cool light

Stranger; he moves onward
Not delayed by sunrise
His robe still billowing
With the pace of his stride

The sunlit wood
Mottled daylight across his figure
Creating flickering shadows

Dark curls are captured
Distressed eyes linger
Upon a form before him
Cautious touch of the body
By a single finger

A dull groan is heard
Softly a movement is made
And the individuals face
Is vivid
In the forest glade

The stranger swoops down
Places his smooth hand on her back
Whispers a few syllables
Lifts her up
As if weight she did lack

Turning quickly
His cloak swirls around
And onwards he quests
Without another sound

*still not finished Im afraid...*
