Is it because of the fact
That we have two ears
That we hear twice as much
Than we speak

Is it because of water
Or simple loving care
That the grass is so green
Or that one lives a longer life

Is it because of the force of nature
Or a trap
That you can hear the ocean waves
Echo in forgotten seashells

Is it because of two people
That a crush can be
You wanting someone elses heart
Or someone else breaking yours...

    Wow...great poem... I especially loved that last part because it hit home. Crushes can be horrible at times, but sometimes they are the best thing of your life. Well I hope you're alright, and keep writing these great poems =)
