Lost Inside

The room is filled with laughter
Laughter of her and her friends
She is smiling the bright smile
They all know and love
But inside she is dying
Screaming for help
If they just looked,
Looked deeper into her eyes
They would see
she is just a lost little girl inside
Who's waiting for someone
To pick her up
And lead her in the right direction
But for now she just sits and fakes
What she wishes to be
