Last Cry

Every night its my last, its the same,
I tell myself its OK & I'm done,
but I cant escape these feelings,
alone in a crowded room, I'm broken and overcome.

I try to seek comfort in the fact that I'll be gone in a few,
but even then, my thoughts are indulged in You,
fighting a reality thats drained me,
all to hear those words ' I Love you too.'

Love, I'm so tired of it all, just tell me please,
help me let go, I'm down on my knees.
I don't even want to know why, just help me close these eyes,
tear away my sky, pull the cord on this guy, let me die as, again, I have my last cry ...

    Well one thing is for sure, I have neer read a poem like this before. It was truely amazing. I really liked the lines at the end that said "just help me close these eyes,
    tear away my sky," Those were my favorite. Again, awesome job on this. This was definately a new, unique way to the whole "You dont love me my life is over" topic. You are a great writer. ^_^
