Foolish ways

Days fade into night
Then night back in to day
Bright eyed child must stay to fight
Not get lost in her foolish ways

Put away your dangerous toys
Stop playing all your games
Try remember your past life joys
That death and suicide are not quite th same

Tear stained pillow from nights before
Broken hearted and its OK to fall
Rotten and sad you thought right to the core
Pull yourself up, win and show the all

The mirror it taunts you deep inside
so why must you stare and pick at the flaws
Stop been a coward and trying to hide
face the demons, don't follow their law

You talk to god but know he's not there
lonely child in the battle of the mind
You have to stay strong and live and care
And maybe only then a smile you will find

Little girl put away your past
Stand up to your fears and all your hate
