Hey this was cute. the only suggestion would be :
you really mean the world to me,
your the only one i want for me.

if youre rhyming, it sounds better if the rhyming words are different than the other. like if you put
"youre the only one i want to see"\
or something like that, i think it would sound better
but still 5/5
