Well done. Good poem. Ye I was a happy child aswell. So innocent and unknowing. I guess it got clouded by what I see now. very good poem.

Just this very small thing:

why help does she shun
why away from me does she run

It's a bit forced rhyming. It doesn't flow so well. Anyway, I liked it alot.

Very good, I was not a happy child, nor am i a happy teenager. Even though my mum will never see this coz she thinks i was a happy child n she thinks i am a happy teen. =(. Deppression can be so unexpected. Great poem keep up the good work

You cant help how you feel.. and nor can your parents. my mum still thinks im a happy person, boy could she be more wrong..

Aww i know the feeling
my mom never saw what was going on with me either
now i have so much hidden from her that it's reasonable for me to say that she truly doesnt know me

i like how you had a line repeating through out the poem, cool stuff right there, cause it always seemed to fit right in
