My Tragic Story

Here's a story
Of a time not so far past.

It starts with a troubled girl
Living in a lost world

Feeling like she's on her own
In that cold world,
going through this by herself

Like no one knows about her
And like no one even cares

She cuts and makes a stain
Just to keep from going insane

Everyone hears her screaming
Her wounds won't stop bleeding

She just wants him to love her,
Even though he's the cause of her pain

Then he breaks her heart,
All that he's ever done from the start.

Then she decides she wants to die,
Instead of giving it another try

A deep cut is what she makes,
Just for her broken heart's sake.

Knowing she'll be gone soon,
Feeling her heart being renewed.

A terrifying sight of a beloved best friend
Knowing and hoping this isn't her end.

He sees you, his soul full of regret
Cause he's ignored you since you've met.

He's lost his chance
The one he always ignored

Now you're gone and we find your words
Words of hurt you never let them see

This was my story
