Four Angels

Guiding me gently
Through life’s storms
Giving me courage to
Face the world

Holding me close
When all seems to fail
Helping me succeed
So I will prevail

Never knowing exactly
What a gift you are
You just continue on
Like nothing can go wrong

At first there was only one
Then God blessed me
With three more
Now I have at least four

Guardian angels
Are often thought of as unseen
But I see you all
Every morning, noon, and night

For my guardian angels
Are my children
And all have
Saved my life
