Great poem! cool topic too! i would have to say that you are one of my favorite poems and your work is outstanding! i left a title suggestion in the club. i think you'll understand it but it's got a good meaning to it for reading. good luck finding the title!

I agree, love the title, you wouldnt think at first that the poem was about a book. this is neat... leave it to bob to show his creativity. But i love the flow and rhythem of this poem. the scantion is nice, too.

Now see really like this peice...it was kinda tricky!!! Your title is "read me"..so you think it'd be a poem of some importance...but it was merely stating a book on a shelf! Thats awesome..I'm laughing!! actually I'm not but I am smiling! This was really enjoyable..I like misc poems because they are a different taste of writing then what I so often read! Great write keep it up!

    Wonderfully deep, beautifully written.

I love the whole idea of it..

and wow, how the ending got me=)

See, it`s things like that, you know, giving the poem a twist, that really makes it stand out. Before the last line my impression was that I had just read a very good love poem...one among many, though. But I had to re-read it in order to get things straight. I really had to. The images I had created while reading the first 4 stanzas, obviously had to be changed, I figured, after having read the last stanza.

    Great job, dear!

I love this! haha it's so....different. Who would think to write a poem through the eyes of a book. One of the most intelligent poems I've read with an excellent twist at the end. One of those poems where i find myself thinking "why didn't i think of that first?" :o)
