Him and Her

She was in love with him,
And that she knew.
All she ever wanted,
Was for him to love her too.

He stayed close to her,
Gave it all he has got.
He secretly loved her,
And for their friendship he fought.

She saw him with the other girl,
And looked away.
It broke her heart,
Every single day.

He saw her looking,
Which made him smile.
The thought of being with her,
Made his life worth while.

She thought he was the one,
But this she hid.
She thought he loved another,
So their relationship she forbid.

He broke up with the other girl,
In hopes she loved him too.
He went to her and said
All I know is I love you.

She hesitated at first,
Not too sure.
Then said she felt the same,
When he said he left her.

Him and her,
her and him.
They loved eachother,
And said it over and over again.

It was meant to be,
And so are we.
let's be together,
It's our destiny.
