I met an angel recently
This angel was as perfect as can be
She had been through some pretty cr*ppy sh*t
But to look at her you could not tell one bit
This angel she was perfect
She used to be kind of mean
Would not tell anyone where she had been
Done some stupid stuff, I know
Now her happiness cannot help but show
This angel she was perfect
She was the only one on look out
Only one who tried to find what I was about
Sometimes she cared more than my best friend
I trusted her to come through for me in the end
This angel she was perfect
Her story is a sad one
What she did was bad and wrong
Now she tries with all her might
To put every bit right
This angel she was perfect
I write this poem for you
Know that what I say is true
I thank you for listening when I moan
Do not forget you are never alone
You are always perfect
this poem may not sound very sad, but the girl's story, the girl who i am writiting about, is just so awful. It may sound happy, but to those who know what the story behind it is, it will always make cry.
