I awake at 7 o'clock to the sound of my alarm,
And looked at my desk and wished I was dead,
I see my unfinished homework sitting on my desk with my lip balm,
I get ready for school but I wish I could stay home instead.
I get to the bus stop at 7:50 and hope the bus does not show,
Then I almost cry because I see it come around the corner,
So I get on and hope it goes real slow,
Then I started to hope my friends are at school.
When I get to school I see my friends waiting for me to arrive,
We start the day off talking and having some fun,
Without each other we would never survive,
We have most of our fun in the sun.
Then the bell rings to go to our class,
But we are happy we have the same lessons so we can talk,
It's good because it helps the time pass,
As the teacher writes our task on the board with chalk.
We spend most of recess giggling and telling secrets,
Sometimes we get in trouble for being to loud,
We defiantly don't have any regrets
But we don't like being in a big crowd.
Maths and science are the best,
As we get to muck around,
But we all complain when it comes to a test,
Because we can not make a sound.
We love home Ec and all the food,
Especially when we get to cook,
But when it comes to tech were just not in the mood,
So when we have to do work we have a big sook.
At lunch we sit on the oval,
And talk about everything that has happened today,
Sometimes we sit in the library and read a novel,
While we talk about our ag test on hay.
Our English lessons are great,
And our teacher is very helpful and nice,
In soc we have to study a certain date,
In a classroom full of mice.
PE is okay except when we have to run in the heat,
But everything else is okay to do,
In fitness we do exercises to the sound of the beat,
It's lots fun to.
Near the end of the day,
We are tired and all the teachers sing,
Because we are running out of things to say,
When the clock strikes 3:35 the bell rings.
Home time has come and we are a bit sad,
There is lots of homework to be done,
We have made the teachers go mad,
But we know we will see each other soon and have lots more fun.
