In knowing that I giving all
Realised it was a mistake
I suffered the consequence
That has led to heart break

Yes I continued holding on
Always hoped it would last
I suffered the consequence
From pleasures in the past

Still another chapter in life
Gave love to who I believed
I suffered the consequence
Of my heart being deceived

All the years I had enjoyed
Still wanting love to extend
I suffered the consequence
They ignored me in the end
