It hurts to know that your so close
Yet your so far away
It hurts to think how things could be
Between us each and every day

It hurts to think of all the girls
That you have recently been with
It hurts to know that this is real
And not just a fictional myth

It hurts to realize that we may never happen
And to think about what I have wasted
To think about all the good times
Many I havent fully tasted

It hurts to think about you every single day
Thinking about what we could share
Thinking of your beautiful ways
Thinking of you I can no longer hardly bare

It hurts to imagine the worst in this situation
To think of the pain I will feel
If & When you turn me down
