Hush, No Need To Cry

I caught a tear falling from my eye
I don't like to let myself cry
But I let this one slide down my cheek
Suddenly my soul felt so weak
And I felt an ache deep inside
Like I'm grieving though no one has died
And where is this smile I called for?
I guess there's no room for it anymore
Sadness has taken over all of me
And now, tears fall till I can't see
I tell myself don't cry, don't cry
But they fall and I ache to die
Let go of this so called life
By the edge of a sharp knife
But no, no I'm scared to die
So I weep as the idea passes by
Then I realize, I'm more scared to live
And so I do the deed that hope can't forgive
Goodbye to everything now, goodbye
Hush now, Sharon, hush, no need to cry
