With Every Kiss Goodbye...

Your bracelets sit upon my wrists
i stare at them, lost in unconsciousness
remembering the details
every cry
every kiss goodbye
so many promises, so many lies
our love is undefined
we can't decide
whether it's you, or it's i
brown eyes well in tears
I've been forgotten
and stranded here
it's come true, my biggest fear
the loss of you
leaves me blue
i know not what i should do
just forget the abuse?
i look up to the sky
counting the stars
trying to forget my scars...
you put them there
though i held the blade
throughout this whole facade
this...masquerade
i thought we were meant to be
when all this time,
you didn't want me.
