How long has it been?
I haven't even said goodbye, I haven't shed a single tear, why can't I cry?
A picture of you hangs on my wall, with little things around it like;

A smile so bright, a kindness so true, an absolute gentleman through and through. Always remembered and missed.

Consolatevi con me, voi tutti che mi eravate tanto cari io lascio un mondo di dolore per un regno di pace.

Nearly a year it will be, how fast it has gone with our memories of u still in our hearts.
How I long to see your smiling face, to hear you say a quick hello, to feel your hand on my shoulder,
Just to know that your alright, that you got to the gates of heaven safe and sound.
