Thinking about you

I find myself thinking about you, throughout my days.

When we were together, I loved it.

I wanted to stay with you.

Even though we had our ups and downs, i still wanted to make it work.

But something happened and now there isn't an us anymore.

I don't know if this happened for a reason or not, but I still wish it didn't.

I just thought we could've made it work.

But now I'm here thinking about you, and just keep asking myself why it had to happen.

But I've made a pact, I won't go looking for love anymore, unless I know I won't get hurt.

Or unless you decide to come back and give me a chance, but I won't force you though.

But I will continue to love and think about you.
