Come Home Daddy

I remember when you left me,
that cold spring night.
I crawled into my bed,
and held your picture tight.

I prayed that you would come home,
and be by my side.
But April 22end,
was the day that you died.

You chose to leave this world,
for reason's I'll never no.
Some times i want to be with you so bad,
I try to get up and go.

Your gone and now I'll never again get to hear your voice,
or see your smile
Daddy couldn't you,
have just stayed around for a longer while?

But why'd you want,
to leave like this?
You probably thought no one would care,
that you would not be missed.

Well daddy,
your so very wrong.
Now your little girls alone and sad,
Because her daddy's gone.
