Dream Angel

She dances in my dreams
with soft downy feathers
and flies through the night
catching moonbeams in flight.

The night sparkles
in her hair
and my angel
glows in my mind.

I dreamed of her
again tonight.
She smiles
in my peaceful slumber.

My dream angel
comes to me
and touches my hair
when I sleep.

She sprinkles
love in my eyes
and soon I am
fast asleep.

She kisses my forehead
and my thoughts rest
making my pulse slow
and my dreams smile.

Her calming touch
soothes my fears
and my body relaxes
as my nerves tranquilize.

She snuggles my dreams
and cuddles my thoughts
as her gentle love
heals my heart.

All is at peace
as I doze away
