We used to be so in love
I don’t know what happened
We drifted without a shove
We tried staying friends
And still called each other now and then
But every time we talked
It ended in a fight
I tried to make it work
And held on with all my might
But it kept getting worse and worse
It’s almost like our love became a curse
We tried to least be nice to each other
But we ended up almost hating each other
I don’t understand how we used to be best friends
Now were both hoping to see the end
It’s sad to see us grow apart
When one day
We had each other’s hearts
The crying doesn’t help
The begging doesn’t help
The yelling doesn’t help
Something’s gotta give
Because were going through hell
I hate to see us end like this
But after all this strife and drama
I definitely wont miss this love/hate relationship
