Today I can look
at our picture
with my arm around you
and you are so beautiful
dear smiling with me.

I release your soul, baby
from purgatory
so you
can be in heaven
with other angels.

It has been pure hell
living without you
but I know you
are needed
in heaven.

We had our times
but they are over
still I have our memories
and they are beautiful

I got your picture
on my mantle

Some day
