Horrible Day

The guy that I love shattered my heart.
I failed a big test and my car wouldn't start.
And once it did, I backed into a truck,
As I asked myself why I had such bad luck.
My friend's in the hospital with a tear in her knee,
In two days to top it off, my dad's having surgery.
As I walked down the hall, I fell on the floor,
And I'm not even finished yet, there's a lot more.
I started a fire during my chemistry lab,
And in the parking lot, my brother got stabbed.
My project was ruined, it fell in the mud,
And I started a day early, my white pants were covered in blood.
I felt something sticky and cried in despair,
Someone had decided to put gum in my hair.
The dog I've had for ten years died,
My best friend kissed my now ex-boyfriend, have they no pride?
I just got fired from my job,
A rumor got told about me by a snob.
