You don't have to lie to make things OK
You don't have to cry to deal with the pain
Lying brings tears, crying brings fears
Lying will mess up your life
Crying will do nothing
To lie is like hiding your self from the light
To cry is like hiding you self in the dark
The corner is not an option, and the only reason you turn to the dark, cold, lonely corner is because you've lied one to many times to realize what you've done
I learned my lesson the hard way
I've cried myself to sleep over things that don't even make since
I"ve told lies that were stupid and I screwed my self over
If i had just told the truth i wouldn't be sitting in my corner, crying and contemplating suicide
I wouldn't be crying if I hadn't lied
I wouldn't be lying if i hadn't seen the light
Its not about lying vs. Crying
Its about you vs. the real world and how you take it and leave it
So don't lie because your world, like mine, will come crashing down someday...
