Secret smile

by TwistedHarmony   Dec 5, 2005

Imagine having a secret
One that no one must know
Having a secret smile
One you mustn't show

Imagine having such a burden
One that's weighing you down
Having that secret smile
Knowing you have to frown

Imagine being alone
Yet with so many around you
Not using your secret smile
Just what would you do?

Imagine yourself in a crowd
A crowd filled with hate
A crowd filled with passion and desire
One to which you can relate

Imagine this secret killing you
Digging the knife deeper
In a brilliant disguise
The darkened soul keeper

Imagine a stolen smile
With a suffocating past
Imagine your secret smile
Dying as it cannot last

Imagine slowly dying...
Keep your secret smile...never let it free...
Imagine being...just like me...
