My missing piece

When i thought you were my Friend,
I knew not how fast it would end,
But in you heart i thought it would stay,
I was proven wrong why cant you see,
You have mad it so much harder for me,
The day you just wanted to be cool,
The day you told some people at the school...

You led me to believe i could trust,
But later stomped on me like no good dust.
No matter how hard you try,
I will not let this fight die,
You ripped a piece from my heart,
And that one piece is my missing part.

Realizing that i wasn't whole,
But not knowing what part you stole,
A deep sadness grew over me,
Soon became so thick i couldn't see,
How much people cared about me.
Somehow thinking about the ways to get you back,
My happiness just more and more began to lack.

In the end i know that your right,
I have no choice but to give up the fight,
There is no winning now,
Because i have found,
the piece you took doesn't make me less,
Yes you have made a big mess,
but the part that you took changed me,
and made me who i am supposed to be....
