She needed help

Silence was all she heard
When he spoke those words so soft
Its over he said trembling
As he started to walk off

From a distance he heard her pain
but he kept right on his track
he didn't dare turn around
Cause he knew he would go back

She stood there in tears
Wondering what just went on
Was this really happening
Was he really gone?

She sat there in silence
It was a cold dark night
She just sat there in her room
And then she started to write

It was the starting of a story
She was a brilliant writer
She had many pieces published
And she always was a fighter

She had been threw this before
three times in the past year
but none effected her like this
So her story started with "dear"

Dear mom and dad
you guys started this war
The line has been drawn
I cant take this no more

It started with you dad
Leaving my life
You left your hole family
You left your own wife

You left us to suffer
you caused us all pain
Which mom go to drugs
Now shes hooked on cocaine

Next is to you mom
As I mentioned before
You got into drugs
And didn't care anymore

You left me to suffer
Every night I would cry
While you were off getting high
I always feared you would die

Now I wont have to worry,
Life will be better this way
You can have your on life
Get high everyday

This is to everyone else
Who now say that they cared
you all are lieing now
Cause none of you were scared

you never were scared
when I came to school crying
You never thought of the fact
that inside I'm dieing

You didn't take the time
To ask me what was wrong
You just walked bye
Thinking I was fine all along

Well I wasn't.
and I have no other choice
My life has now been taken
Its time I raised my voice

So goodbye to everyone
Who ever thought that they cared
I'm leaving you now
And I'm not even scared

That was the end
of this fifteen year olds letter
She placed it on her pillow
And slipped on her sweater

She ran for the highway
and followed the trail
she finally got to the bridge
and said I hope this wont fail

She stood on the side
with no one in site
she jumped of that bridge
and she was never seen after that night

Her parents were traumatized
Her friends were in pain
They went to her funeral
It started to rain

The dirt became mud
and everyone cried
They put down the coffin
In which she lied

She ended her life
Cause she thought without a doubt
She could never pass this by
But all she need was some help
