The Flame Within My Heart

by Jason Partin   Dec 7, 2005

The flame within my heart will never cease.
The raging fire will never see its end.
The return of you will only be its ease.
If you come back we'll play the game pretend.
The heat melts the wax upon my face,
When I think of your soft and gentle touch
And contemplate your lucious lips' taste.
Oh how the flames of my heart doth clutch,
But time will tell if you will ever come,
And choose me as your only chosen one.
If you don't come I still will not grow numb,
But if you do that is my battle won.
My heart beats for the one and only you.
Never will I start with love brand new.
