Your Little Rag Doll

by DestinyAwaits   Dec 7, 2005

I've sewed my lips shut,
No words could change your mind.
Your heart has gone south,
As we started to decline.

My eyes have dried up,
Now glossy and fake.
You've soaked up my last tear,
Your Little Rag Doll I've helped you create.

All of my memory has been erased,
I've let go of the reruns at last.
Forgotten already by you,
I've now become your past.

My once silky skin has turned rough,
No longer softened by your touch.
You've picked me apart and put me back together,
Your Little Rag Doll you once loved so much.

I stayed the same day in and day out,
But I guess everyone likes a little change.
I was just Your Little Rag Doll old news and left deranged.

No one picks up a used Rag Doll,
There 's always Barbie and her Ken.
While Your Little Rag Doll sits in her 50 cent box,
Wondering when...
