December Nights

by x325xRunawayTrainx103x   Dec 7, 2005

December nights
In the blistery cold
Under the street lights
Slowly getting old

My hands touch the snow
My fingers turn red
The wind starts to blow
And freeze everything in my head

You can't feel nothing at all
You have no feeling
Your body begins to stall
So is everything you believe in

Everything is starting to freeze
Life has no motion or sound
And your begging "Please!"
As everything is going down...

This is what it's like
When you're completely numb
When you receive a strike
And you lose everything you've won

You can't feel anything...
Nothing at all
You lose everything...
Your train of thought will fall

People only have this
A little bit through the year
The summertime they miss
Because coldness they fear

December nights...
Is all I'll ever feel
Out go the street lights...
This numb darkness can't be real
