It Happened To Me

Having a guy best friend is a tricky thing
because you can never really know what they mean
to you unless Divine intervention comes from above,
and then it hits you-you've fallen in love.
It's easy to speak from experience you see.
After all, it happened to me.

It happened to me on an ordinary day,
and suddenly I was no longer okay
because I didn't know how to act around him anymore,
and common sense had long since walked out my brain's door.
I never expected it, and it was the last thing I wanted to do.
So be careful-it could happen to you.

Falling in love is the scariest concept ever,
and if anyone can avoid it they're undoubtedly beyond clever.
But you can't stay in darkness forever trying to hide from the sun.
Eventually love will get everyone.
It's easy to speak from experience you see.
After all, it happened to me.

    I know how you feel my best guy friend and I talked about everything then I began to have feelings for him and I still like him right now but he doesn't know and I'm afraid to get my heart broken. Well anyways, awesome job!^_^
