Better Because of You

One day will you see what makes me me

Will you ever love this person I have now become

I wake up each day wanting to show you a piece of my puzzle

But I wake to find that you have gone away

I can never have you back and you are now what I lack

I don't think I need you anymore like I use to

There is no more room for you inside myself

I have filled it with other things

But I will always know because of you I am better

I learned from you what never to do
and how not to be like you

For so long you were what I wanted to be

But now I look in your mirror and hate what I see

No never will I look at you the same

You hurt me more than anyone else

And you were the one who was suppose to love me till the end
