Our love is around a corner, but we're in a circle room...

A candle that you lit for me,
is burning through my soul...
My mind lets the flame go free,
and it burns out of control...

I close my eyes, then i see clear,
a tiny little spark...
Although your presence may not be near,
i still see it, dancing in the dark...

Say its true, because there's nothing like me and you,
But we're all alone and it doesn't seem fair...
How can i share my loneliness,
if you're all the way over there??

You say to me you've fallen before,
but you know, this might be more...
I know she broke your heart in two,
but please don't give up on me and you...

You make me smile,
for every time I've cried...
But then i remember you're more then a mile,
so i run away to hide...

I scream its not fair the way life goes,
I'm longing to be your best friend...
And if i get that chance to be, i know,
I'd be it forever past end...

You may not realize it,
but i have problems too...
And without even knowing,
most of them you've helped me through...
