Timeless treasures
In the sky
Tears of pain
For us they cry

Are they as pure,
As they look?
Follow his law
By holy book?

If they do sin
They will burn
Eternal flame
Each go by turn

Here on earth
I will pray
That all those angels
Are gods ray

One white feather
Singed and burnt
Falls in my hand
Angels, they weren’t

    I really like this, I love the image of a burnt white feather, I can see that really clearly. Love the way this poem flows and is exaclty the right length to carry the message gracefully. Beautiful write.
