My Happily Ever After

by DeepSoul   Dec 10, 2005

I felt just like a princess,
with a crown made out of gold.
But there was something missing,
a handsome prince to hold.

One day a prince came along,
on his horse so white.
I thought he was my handsome prince,
I smiled at the sight.

He tricked me into loving him,
I have him my whole heart,
He took it, stepped on it, and gave it back,
I took the crushed heart, but it was missing a part.

One day my handsome prince came along,
on his horse so white.
I was so scared to get hurt again,
that I cried at the sight.

He came and tried to take my heart
I kept it and held it close to me,
He didn't try to fight me for it,
he understood completely.

He asked me for my heart each day,
One night I gave him my crushed up little heart.
He took a piece out of his and blew a kiss,
and he replaced my heart's missing part.

My prince and I together, I got my happily ever after.
