Her friends had nothing to say,
she was devastated,
she pretended to be strong,
learning days after,
it doesn't work,
it's only worst.
he was heartbroken,
he hurted even more,
why can't he have stayed calm?
why can't he have spent more time with her?
to hold her hand,
to hug her,
the simple things that seemed like a dream,
feeling that simple things are impossible.
she had to focus on something else,
she tried to take up something else,
a mistake,
which she regrets.
this mistake,
will haunt her for a year.
she shouldn't have pretend to move on,
just to get him mad,
to get him jealous,
to make him regret.
he tried to get her back,
she was stubborn,
she was scared,
he was annoyed,
more arguments came up.
a little more than a year passed from that horrible night,
she can't lie to herself anymore,
she tells him how he feels once again,
2 days before the national music festival.
she thought he wouldn't say anything till it was over,
but he said the words once again that very night,
"I love you."
At the music festival,
2 days later,
she still had no idea what he looked like,
where he lived,
but while she played her pieces,
he sat in the audience,
seeing her in person for the first time.
she had no idea,
after the songs,
she went to the mall,
returning after for the workshops.
but before his performance,
his best friend glanced and saw him,
he left quickly.
that night,
she found out he was at the festival,
she asks him why he didn\t say hi,
why he didn't come up to her to hold her hand and hug her,
this very night,
she finally learns something that haunts him,
the reason why he can't.
after a year and a half,
they finally had a conversation that brought them extremely close.
