This poem is very cute! I really enjoyed reading it. The only advice I can give you is: Please puncuate! Capitalize your words and such, it just makes it look like you spent more time and effort into writing. It makes me feel all sloppy. But other than that. I loved it. These two stanzas are my favorites:

candle light dinners
laying under the stars
most romantic night
as he takes me into his arms

or our love is forever
and forever never ends
even in this world
where we live till the very end
