Goodbye tears

The reality hit in a few days ago,
Of the future of you and I,
And tears of sadness began to flow,
As I realise I must soon say goodbye.
And not goodbye for this day,
Or until we're next together,
Because soon you are going away,
This time it's goodbye forever.

It is never easy when these things end,
And I feel the pain this time so strong
It feels like I'm losing a friend,
One who was here for me so long,
Our final meeting coming closer, it is becoming one of my fears
Because I know when it comes I have to dry my goodbye tears.

***This is for my Commerce teacher who is leaving the school, I will really miss her. I know that's lame but she really helped me a lot this year and is one of the best teachers I have ever known :( *
