Heaven' Newest Angel

Heaven's newest angel is a loving, happy soul.
Though her body on earth was spent,
the memory of her jovial spirit
will forever remain whole.

On earth, she shared all that she had,
and all that she was showed through.
Even on her darkest days,
she found a glimpse of happiness to hold on to.

Right now she is floating among family and friends
getting fitted for white fluffy wings,
and being wrapped in a silken robe.
She's stunning- just how we'd picture her in our dreams.

Her life was an inspiration,
and her spirit has touched us all.
Even while we mourn our earthly loss,
as an angel she can always hear our call.

She was a pillar of strength while here on earth,
a fighter until the end.
She still holds those admirable traits,
for to the weary she will tend.

Her legacy of love resides in us all,
her daugher, her son, her friends,
Her sisters, her grandchildren,
and great-grandchildren. It never ends.

We'll feel her presence, maybe hear the flutter of her wings,
as she watches from close by.
For as heaven's newest guardian angel,
she'll always keep out a close loving eye.
